How fast does an order ship?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day. Transit is typically two to four business days within the United States, with tracking issued at dispatch.
What is included in an order?
Each order ships the lyophilized compound in sealed vials with batch identification, packed by the crate. Diluents and reconstitution supplies are not included.
How is purity verified?
Every lot is assayed by third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry. The certificate of analysis for the lot you receive is available on request and reports the figures for that specific batch.
How should material be stored?
Lyophilized material is shipped at ambient temperature and should be transferred to cold storage on arrival, protected from light. Storage conditions for each compound are stated on its certificate of analysis.
What is the returns policy?
Because these are research materials, vials that have left our custody cannot be returned to stock. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact us and we will resolve it.
